By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms are legally binding and apply to all attendees of Melattur Pattu.

Section 1

Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or QR code issued by the organizer.
  • Duplicate, tampered, or counterfeit tickets will be cancelled without refund.

Section 2

Entry & Admission Rights

  • The organizer reserves the absolute right to deny entry to any individual without explanation.
  • Late entry may be restricted depending on the event schedule.
  • No re-entry will be allowed once you exit the venue.

Section 3

Security & Conduct

  • All attendees must undergo mandatory security screening upon entry.
  • Strictly prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, alcohol, smoking materials, and hazardous materials.
  • Any misconduct, unruly behavior, or violation of law will lead to immediate removal without refund.

Section 4

Event Changes

  • The organizer reserves the right to:
    • Modify the event schedule, performance timings, or artist lineup (including Hannan Shah & Shafi Kollam) if required.
    • Postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns.

Section 5

Liability Disclaimer

  • Entry to the event is at the attendee's own risk.
  • The organizer is not responsible for:
    • Any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
    • Any incidents arising from crowd behavior or external factors.

Section 6

Media & Recording

  • The event may be recorded, photographed, or broadcasted. By attending, you grant full consent to use your image or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

Section 7

Compliance with Rules

  • All attendees must strictly follow venue regulations and organizer instructions at all times.
  • Non-compliance will result in immediate removal without refund.

Section 8

Child Safety Disclaimer

  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any injury or incidents involving minors.

Section 9

Cancellation & Refund

  • ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATION AND NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including:
    • Personal inability to attend.
    • Denied entry due to violation of rules.
    • Changes in event schedule or artist lineup.
  • In case of event cancellation only, refunds (if any) will be issued solely at the discretion of the organizer, subject to deduction of processing and administrative charges.
  • In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refund requests will be entertained.

Final Declaration

Purchase and possession of this ticket confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above. These terms are binding from the moment of ticket purchase and remain in effect throughout the duration of the event.
